Victor Becerra Trigoso

Born in Lima in 1968. Business Administrator Degree from Universidad de Lima, graduate studies in General Management from Universidad Católica de Chile (1998). He has served as General Coordinator of the Project at Consortium Overseas Business Consulting-Macroconsult, developing technical proposals in tenders that were opportunely won (2007). Commercial Advisor of ASITEC S.A. and SAESA responsible of identifying business opportunities for these companies in areas related to Commercial Management of Businesses of Water and Sewerage in Peru. He also has served as a consultant for BDO Consulting for the "Consulting Service of the billing process of accounting, business and computer areas" for the service of Water and Sewerage of Lima – SEDAPAL. He was Commercial Director of LYONNAISSE DES AUX SERVICES ASSOCIÉS – LYSÁ SA. and of SAFEGE Ingénieurs Conséils, representing these French firms in Peru, a member of the group SUEZ ENVIRONMENT, consultancy specializing in Water and Environment. Mr. Becerra has been involved in infrastructure projects mainly related to water supply, drainage and environment in Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador and France. He has over 15 years of experience in preparing tender documents for public bids, applying the Law of Contracting and Procurement of the State and its Regulation. He was Director-Secretary of the Peruvian Association of Consulting (1999), being appointed as President of the Organizing Committee for the Annual Congress of the Pan-American Federation of Consulting (FEPAC). He was a professor of the course “Structures of Information” and other consultancy courses in a diverse of institutions such as Instituto San Agustin, ISETEC, among others.
