Born in Lima in 1968. Attorney graduated from Universidad de Lima in 1994 with graduate studies in Economic Criminal Law at Universidad de Castilla la Mancha, Toledo, Spain (2002). In addition, he studied specialization courses in Commercial and Financial Law at Universidad Catolica del Peru (2002), Legal Guarantees to Private Investors at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (2003), Diploma in Business Law at the School of Business Law (2006) and a specialization in Management and Organization ESAN - College of Business Administration. He is an extra-judicial conciliator accredited by the Ministry of Justice of Peru.
