Born in Lima in 1964. Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Lima and a member of the Lima Bar Association since 1993. Post degree in Labor and Employment Law from Universidad San Martin de Porres and Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.His practiceincludes litigation, arbitration and all facets of employment and labor law, including a special emphasis in recent years on appellate practice. In appellate matters, Mr. Diaz has represented employers in numerous proceedings and oral arguments before federal courts of appeal. His practice includes the defense and trial of unfair labor practice charges and complaints. |

He is in charge of the administrative lawand labor areas of the firm.Mr. Diaz also represents employers facing strike activity, handles grievance and arbitration matters and provides general labor advice in all of these areas. His practice also includes preparing employment contracts and personnel policies; and providing clients with general advice on compliance with statutory and contractual obligations, employee disciplinary matters and sound employment practices. Juan Carlos has represented employers of all sizes in many industries, including the financial services, hospitality, health care, publishing, transportation, gaming and manufacturing industries. He is the author of a variety of articles on labor and employment law issues.
