Born in Lima in 1960. Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Lima and a member of the Lima Bar Association since 1991.Master degree in Tax Law from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He has excellent experience in legal advice to multinational and domestic leaders in the fields ofhydrocarbons, mining, energy, commercial, retail and services. He is specialized on Tax Law and international tax planning, as well as Corporate Law. member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law and the International Fiscal Association- IFA (Peruvian Chapter). University professor, with over twenty years of teaching experience in the best universities in the country (Universidad de Lima, Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, Universidad Privada San Juan Bautista, among other important institutions). In addition, he is the author of several domestic and international publications on taxation and administrative law.
