Born in Lima in 1965. Attorney graduated from Universidad de Lima in 1990 and graduate studies in Business Law and Family Law. He has experience in advising private and public companies, including the Commission for the Formalization of Property – COFOPRI; likewise, he has provided services to companies in the financial system in Peru and worked in the field of Recovery and Special Credits of Banco Nuevo Mundo. This has enabled him to develop in the area of Administrative Law and Procedural Law, specializing in the area of Corporate Law, Civil Procedure and banking legislation.
