Lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Lima in 1990 and a member of the Lima Bar Association since 1991. He attended postgraduate school in Finance and Tax Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and he specialised in management and organization at ESAN - College of Business Administration.  His experience includes more than twenty years in the private practice of law, and he is a recognized leading specialist with an extensive experience in corporate transactions and corporate finance work, tax law, international trade and labor law. Enrique has also gained significant experience in the energy sector working at The Occidental Petroleum Corp. from 1981 to 1987.
