OMC ABOGADOS & CONSULTORES is a Peruvian Law firm that was founded for the purpose of providing personalized, serious, efficient and honest legal advice to our clients and associates in all matters concerning their Industrial Property rights in Peru and other South American countries.

The founder member of our firm joined the Colegio de Abogados de Lima (The Lima Bar Association) in 1993; he has undertaken studies in several prestigious law schools and universities, such as the University of Salamanca in Spain, the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, and the International Development Law Institute (IDLI) in Italy. He holds two Master´s degree in Business Law and Economic Criminal Law. He is recognized as a specialist in Industrial Property Law by the Lima Bar Association and has been certified as a mediator by the Peruvian Ministry of Justice. He has also studied advanced negotiation through the CMI of Harvard University and has published numerous articles and papers on negotiation, unfair competition, economic criminal law and industrial property matters in general, as can be seen in the attachments section.

Both our firm and its founding partner, Mr. Oscar Mago C., are members of several national and international associations, such as the Lima Bar Association (CAL), the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Inter-American Association of Intellectual
Property (ASIPI), the International Bar Association (IBA), and other national and international Law Associations. Furthermore, we have professional connections and partnerships with prestigious international firms all over the world, making it possible to maintain a constant and renewed exchange of information with regard to law matters at a worldwide level: this has made us become increasingly more competitive, both at national and international levels.
